Notice of Public Hearing - The Disposition of Real Estate Owned by the Town of South Boston

The South Boston Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 7:00 pm, in Council Chamber, 502 Yancey Street, South Boston, VA to consider conveyance of Tax Parcel 2492 fronting Carrington Avenue to the Southside Outreach Group, LLC for development of new residence for a low- to- moderate resident. The Code of Virginia 15.2-1800 allows a locality to dispose of its public property only after a public hearing is held.
