Stories of the Stars

Come join the fantastic storytellers of CHAOS (Chapel Hill Astronomical and Observational Society) on the observation field to share the stories of the stars. Hear about constellations, planets, astrophotography, and the distance from the stars to Earth! Stop by the Visitor Center to pick up a red light filter for your flashlight or phone (this reduces the impact of white light to observers' night vision on the field).
