Are you a CHRO, HR business partner, talent development expert, or business leader with workforce needs to fill? Together for Talent is a dynamic employer summit designed to connect you with Virginia’s statewide network of talent programs. This hands-on, strategy-driven event will help you build stronger, smarter workforce pipelines, anchored by the Commonwealth’s new workforce development agency, Virginia Works.

Participants will explore trends in skills gaps, emerging technologies, and workforce demand through interactive panels and initiative design sessions. You’ll gain practical insights from your peers and case studies from across sectors, and work as teams to collaborate on actionable solutions, culminating in a Shark Tank-style pitch competition judged by industry experts. And you’ll hear a special address from Governor Glenn Youngkin, highlighting Virginia's commitment to becoming the nation’s Top State for Talent and honoring the awardees of Virginia’s 2025 Talent Awards.

With resource booths, networking prompts, and high-energy programming, this isn’t just a summit—it’s an invitation to employers to lead, connect, and shape the future of the talent you need. Registration is limited, and there is no cost to attend.
