Come to Hudson Heritage Farms Studio and learn to make Biscuits, Lard, and Fresh Butter. Just in time for those summer time get togethers!

Will be on hand to teach you how to make the best biscuits you will ever taste or serve.

Cost: $25*
Each participant will learn a little about the history of lard, butter, and biscuits, and leave the class with a small container of fresh lard. Several biscuit recipes will be made, and Chef Graves biscuit handbook will be emailed to all participants. Tea with biscuits will be served at the conclusion of the class.

How to register: Call or email the farm to get on the list. Then send us your check to confirm your space. Class sizes are limited.
Unlike our previous cheese classes this class with explore the making of more advanced cheeses like Queso, Cream Cheese, and Chevre. The class will consist of a demonstration and opportunity for hands on experience of making several soft cheeses. We will also sample cheeses and have beverages available. If you want to bring your own libation you are welcome to do so.

Business After Hours (BAH) is one of the Chamber’s most popular networking events. Usually held on selected Thursdays of each month, BAH is hosted by a different member business each time. These are free to attend and are usually from 5:30-7 p.m. Members are encouraged to come join us after work and be sure and bring plenty of business cards as you’ll give them all out! |
