DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Staunton River State Park. Every Friday during Spring Break you are invited to join us around the campfire. You'll get to meet park staff and other campers as we tell campfire stories\, sing songs\, eat s'mores and learn how to build the perfect campfire. Do you have a delicious recipe to make the perfect s'more? Bring it over with you and show off your amazing s'more construction skills. \n\nThe campfire will take place in the fire ring behind the Visitor Center.\n\nAlso\, don't forget to look up and enjoy the beautiful night sky. With Staunton River being an international dark sky park you can see stars and constellations here that you may not see anywhere else.\n\nMaterials for s'mores will be provided by the park.\n\nNo fee for this program.
