DESCRIPTION:Halifax County Public Schools will offer free Pre-Kindergarten classes for 4-year olds on March 13th & 20th\, and April 3rd & 10th.  Classes will operate during school hours.  To be eligible for these programs\, a child must be four years old by September 30\, 2020 and must be considered in greatest need. \n\n\n\nNeeded at appointment: Child's birth certificate\, current physical and immunization records\, proof of income\n\n\n\nCall the school in your attendance zone to schedule an appointment to come in for screening.\n\n\n\nScreenings will be held at the following sites:\n\nClays Mill Elementary 476-3022\n\nCluster Springs Elementary 517-2600\n\nMeadville Elementary 349-1012\n\nScottsburg Elementary 454-6454\n\nSinai Elementary 476-6193\n\nSouth Boston Early Learning Center 572-4273\n\nSydnor Jennings Elementary 349-1013
