DESCRIPTION:The City of Danville Transit System will hold a public information meeting on January 30\, 2019\, at 5:30pm at the Washington Coleman Community Center Library. With the approval of grant funds\, Danville City Transit will establish a new bus service from Danville to South Boston. The bus will have a "fixed" route making stops at Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital\, the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center\, and at the major employers located on Hwy 58.\n\nThe proposed bus route and schedule will be provided at the January 30th meeting. Public comments are requested.
