Family Yoga

$15 per parent/child ($20 for parent and 2 children)
Ages 3-8
We'll be getting a little bit silly and a little bit stretchy!

Family Yoga will be a mix of play and calming yoga breath/postures.

I will be teaching with my two four year old boys, so it should be fun!

Parents, don't worry if your child is antsy in the pantsy. I expect a lot of wandering little ones as we take this journey together!

(Children are welcome to sit in the hall with a book or silent DS if they decide they don't want to participate. So take a deep breath and don't worry! We're all parents, so we will all have been there!)
