Lenten Evensong

Trinity Episcopal Church and the Halifax Community Chorale are offering a special Lenten Evensong worship service on Sunday, March 17, at 5 P.M. The service will be led by the Reverend Susan Grimm, Trinity’s Rector, and will include a performance of Franz Schubert’s Mass in G Major.

The Mass will be sung by members of the Halifax Community Chorale, directed by Ben Fincher and accompanied by the Carrington String Quartet. Dr. Tim Duncan will serve as organist, and solos will be sung by Ellen Haskett and Rosalynde Robertson, sopranos; Ben Woosley, tenor; and Sam Howell, bass.

We invite each of youto be present for this service as we observe the season of Lent. The church is located at 520 Yancey Street, just behind the Post Office in South Boston.
