Open House- Celebrate Patient- Centered Care Awareness Month
Come celebrate Patient Centered Care Awareness Month with an open house in the Leggett Auditorium, at the Halifax Regional Hospital. The TWO open house sessions will be held on Thursday October 18, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Planetree Steering Committee members will be present to share information concerning patient-centered care initiatives in place throughout the health system.
Cookies and popcorn will be provided.
