POLAR DASH & DIP

❄❄Come join us for and impromptu Polar Dash & Dip! We are taking advantage of our boiler being down, and of the winter weather, to raise money for local YMCA Youth Programs!!!❄❄

⌚It's 1 lap around the track and 1 lap in the pool. So, no need to be here the entire time. Pop in, pop out! Can do this before or after your regular workout.⌚

It is $10 (cash is preferred) to participate in this SPECIAL event. (Cost covers shirts, and extra money will go to Youth Programs here in Halifax County) This event is open to non-members as well.
