Come meet Catherine Adams, MS, RD, LDN, ACSM-EP, tour her newly built office, and help us celebrate the opening of this new local health and wellness resource!

Catherine Adams Nutrition Counseling LLC is a private nutrition counseling practice providing personalized, evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition guidance. Catherine works with individuals managing diabetes, heart and kidney health, gastrointestinal concerns, weight management, and other nutrition-related conditions, as well as those simply looking to improve their overall health and develop sustainable eating habits.

Her philosophy is simple: “Nutrition should nourish your body and fit your life.” Catherine focuses on realistic, individualized nutrition without judgment, extreme diets, or one-size-fits-all plans.
