13th Annual Walk for Hope

13th Annual Walk for Hope to raise funds to benefit cancer patients in Halifax County will be help Saturday September 16 at Halifax County Fairgrounds.  The Centra Mammogram van will be available 8 am to Noon to provide mammograms to any lady over the age of 40 who has not had breast cancer in the last 10 years and who has not had a mammogram.  Appointments are required.  Call 434-476-2714 to make an appointment.  If you do not have health insurance, you may be eligible for a free mammogram.
