College Student Auditions - Summer Theatre 2018
Auditions for Summer Theatre 2018 are being held on Saturday, March 3! Roles are available for both college student applicants and locals. Rehearsals begin June 4.
College Student Auditions- Summer Theatre 2018
Saturday March 3, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. at The Prizery
- Please email prizery@mac.com for an audition slot for Saturday March 3. between 1:00 and 5:00 (If you are auditioning at SETC, please do not attend this audition.)
- Those auditioning must have a 60 second monologue memorized and 16 bars of a song memorized. Some people auditioning will be asked to stay for a group dance audition.
- All roles will potentially be cast from college age applicants.
- Please supply an up to date resume and photo when you audition.
Momma Rose - Mezzo/Alto with good low notes and belt
Herbie - Baritone
Dainty June - Strong Alto , Strong Dancer including tap, Harmony skills
Louise/Gypsy Rose Lee - Mezzo with strong belt (light sound on "Little Lamb")
Dressy Tessie Tura - Mezzo Belt
Mazeppa - Alto Belt
Electra - Mezzo Belt
Cratchitt - comedic role
Singers and Dancers to back up Gypsy Rose Lee
Agnes - comedic
Tulsa - Bari Tenor
