Sentara Prepared Childbirth Class

Moms-to-be and their birthing partners learn how to work together to have a positive birthing experience. Class includes discussion of relaxation techniques, anesthesia, and postpartum adjustments, as well as a tour of the Family Birthing Center at Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital.
