Understanding Cancer provides an introduction to cancer by addressing topics on the disease such as: Explaining how cancer develops in a person's body ; identifying cancery risk factos and prevention; cancer screenings recommendation, cancer diagnosis and treatment options; supporting patients, cancer survivors, and caregivers; and interpreting articles about cancer in the media.
