We will be featuring three courses for $43.95 per guest plus tax and gratuity.  

The menu choices will consist of:

Starters

Lobster Bisque with roasted red pepper coulis
Roasted Oysters with a cherry tomato bacon butter
Roasted Beets with chevre, arugula, pine nuts, and a merlot vinaigrette
Shrimp Cocktail with bloody mary cocktail sauce
Virginia Chilled Oysters with bloody mary cocktail sauce
Mixed Greens with strawberries, candied bacon, slivered almonds, and a pomegranate vinaigrette

Main Course

Balsamic Grilled Salmon with lump crab polenta and asparagus
Filet Mignon and Shrimp Scampi served with harricot verts and a gratin of potato
Lobster Angel Hair Pasta tossed in romano cream sauce with country ham, asparagus tips, and roasted red peppers
Grilled Citrus Chicken with basmati rice pilaf and grilled spring vegetables

Creme Brulee topped with strawberries and raspberries
