Wine Dinner with Hunting Creek Vineyards

Boeuf Bourguignon - stewed beef, carrots, onions & mushrooms, tagliatelli pasta; served with HC Decadence
Profiterole - cream puff, chocolate sauce, strawberry coulis; served with HC Repentance
