Womens' Wellness Fair and Fitness Party
The WOMEN'S WELLNESS FAIR AND FITNESS PARTY will offer free health screenings, demonstrations, educational workshops, and entertainment, while encouraging women's longevity and good stewardship over our health. At 3 p.m., we'll conclude our day with a two-hour TROPICAL ZUMBA(R) FITNESS PARTY with Ronda Bryant, PhD, fitness instructor extraordinaire!
