YES for Halifax Schools Volunteer Recruitment Meeting

Halifax County residents will vote November 5, 2019 on one of the most important issues of our lifetime: whether to approve a 1% sales tax increase to support school construction projects in the county. You are cordially invited to a volunteer recruitment meeting for Yes for Halifax Schools will be held Monday, September 16, 5:30 pm in the auditorium of Halifax County High School.

During the meeting, key referendum points and opportunities for involvement will be discussed with volunteers. Volunteers will serve as ambassadors to educate the public on the Halifax County Education Referendum.
